what i love about chicago

I love Chicago and everyone in it. I have alot of friends here and I don't think that there are better people anywhere else. The food here is so delicious and I can't put down a plate. I love down town in the winter because they have displays that are beautiful. The displays tell stories and it's easy to follow the stories because they are so well put together. In the summer time I love to go to The Taste of Chicago because you can meet new people and taste new food. Even though there are bad politics here in Chicago, there aren't as many bad people then most people think.

my ultimate driving experience

Once upon a time I was riding in my black and gold phantom. My driving partner was a boy name Cordilo and we were headed to the moon. As we drove, we listened to Michael Jackson and Vybz Kartel. We talked about what we wanted to do in life and of how we were going to get there. As we got closer to the moon we told each other that we'll love each other for ever. We landed on the moon and we sat there and looked at each other then we got in the car and drove back to the polluted evil hated planet that we call home. He kissed me good-bye and he disappeared.

The bravest thing I ever done

The bravest thing I ever done was help my friend when her boyfriend was beating on her.
It all started in 9th grade and I had met a girl name Aaliyah. She started to talk to me and become my friend. She was a white girl and she told me that she had a black boyfriend. She was really in love with this boy and she couldn't get enough of him.
One day she came to school and I saw a bruise on her arm. Well, I was furious and I wanted to know what had happened to her. She had told me that her boyfriend Michael had hit her but he said that he would never hit her again.
I found him and I asked why did he put his hands on her and he said that it was none of my business. I told him that I was going to tell someone then he threatened me and said that he was going to get me next if I told. I told my boyfriend and he said that he would handle it. I told him that I wanted to handle it myself and I did. I told some teachers and they told me that it was brave of me to step up and say something. Aaliyah was upset with me for a while but then she realized that I might have just saved her life....

First quarter reflection

I think that I did a good job this quarter. I have 3 A's, 1 B, 1 C, and an F. When I seen that F my heart stopped because I haven't seen an F on my report card in a long time. This F is going to make my mom very upset and disappointed because she know that U can do better. I will do better next marking period because my teacher already told me that that F was not accurate. If I have to do extra extra credit I will do it to better myself.

Something that people don't know about me

Something that not very many people know about me is the fact that I love to eat. Food is one of my passion and I eat new things every day. one food that I can't go without is chicken. I love chicken because it is soooo juicy. When I bite into it, it just makes my mouth feel like I'm eating a piece of heaven. I would love to travel the world on day just to taste new foods...

The worst thing a parent could do to their child

The worst thing that a parent could do to their child is lie to them about sex. Telling a lie about sex when your child ask you about it is wrong because one day they are going to have to tell their children about it and they deserve the truth. Sex isn't a game, so if your child come to you asking about it you should be very serious with them. If you don't want to get serious with them all they are going to do is go out and find out about it the wrong way and by doing that they could really get hurt. Then, after something bad happens to the child the parent gets mad as if it's all the child's fault when really they should have told the child about the consquences.
Lying about sex is only one of the worst things a parent can do to you. Besides that, there are many other things that parents do wrong but, they don't know that their doing wrong. Sometimes the parent think that thy're doing right because they want to protect their child and I understand where their coming from but most thinge deserve the truth...
